    Ordered twenty minutes ahead and wasn't ready. Waited twenty minutes behind a four person family to get a blt with no lettuce or tomato or onion or peppers. Nobody calls that a blt!! Completely bullshit place with a dumbass working the counter. Never again! They ought to go broke and close before anyone else has to deal with this crap. Your welcome for my $30 for nothing

    I have no words other than to take your business elsewhere. A clearly new employee added too much meat to my wrap, after being blatantly confused by the management beside her. The manager then CHARGED ME for the employee's mistake. I was livid, I could hardly make out her broken English when she tried to explain "it's expensive" for the store if she didn't charge me...what about expensive for me??? You lost a customer. Hope your 30 cents in meat was worth it.

    If I could score this location a -10, I would, especially their employee Valencia, who spoke broken English and was rude and confrontational.  Went there in June to purchase (2) $10 gift certificates for grandsons who live in another state.  The only reason I went to this location was it was closest to my home but it was a dirty restaurant, and I walked out smelling of greasy, rotten vegetables!  It took Valencia 1/2 hour to process this simple transaction, she even called someone to "walk her through it."  Unbeknownst to me, she did it incorrectly and I walked out with a bogus Subway card that I later found out I could not Swipe at other Subway stores and it froze all my token reward points.  Called Corporate office, Andrea and after 45 minutes of being transferred, was told to go back to Valencia so she could issue and activate a new card and then Corporate would transfer over my points, etc.  Went to see Valencia, she told me Corporate office was wrong, she did do it correctly and she would not issue me a new card.  She actually came out from behind her counter, hollering at me in broken English as I walked out the door.  Call to Andrea, recanted scenario, she put me on hold for 15 minutes and Myra from Escalation Dept. came on.  Had to repeat the scenario, she would open up a case and they would investigate and get back to me in 24 - 72 hours.  Absolutely ridiculous!
